Initiate Your Request
Log into your GPI Supplies account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronic components in their original anti-static bags and protective foam to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
